With over 27 years of honorable military service, I am a seasoned Engineer Equipment Officer serving as a Capabilities Officer at Combat Development & Integration, where I apply my expertise in project and operations management, as well as my Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification, to deliver innovative and effective solutions for the Material Handling and Construction Equipment Community. In my current role, I work with various stakeholders, to coordinate, plan, and transition Material Handling and Construction Equipment requirements that support the Marine Corps capabilities and readiness. Some of my achievements include overseeing multiple multi-million dollar equipment modernization programs, implementing a new maintenance management system, and facilitating the training and development of over 100 engineer equipment maintainers, and operators. I am passionate about enhancing the engineering equipment field and empowering the engineers who serve our nation.
