100% Work from Home. Main Applications used: Re-amaze, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and G-mail account. Providing service to U.S., Canadian, and U.K. customers via Re-amaze ticket support system, via e-mail and chat. Most inquiries involve customer requiring information regarding their Purchase orders, shipping estimated delivery information, product resolution (replacement of products, missing order, incorrect product received), inquiry on additional information per each cookware, professional knives, or kitchen tools. At some points, we also answer customer inquiries that come in via Instagram or Facebook.

Hybrid work model.I was leading a team of 15 specialists who provides customer support/after onboarding care to employees that are either employed directly or are a contractor. I worked in a U.S. project for our client, Verizon Wireless, which was focused on Customer Service, Sales, and Retention of customers, as well as taking down purchase orders for customers who called in to buy a cellular phone or tablet device. Sales/Cross Sales - Cellular phones, Insurance and New/Upgraded plans. Direct communication with client, follow up on Kpis, training and development of team members/colleagues.
