I provide on-site installations of our software and training on our vending machines. My role requires a vast knowledge on the Windows OS, I’m experienced managing SQL databases, handling device/network communication, supporting Azure services and I provide customer seminars for in-depth use of our software for attendees 15+.We manage Databases using SQL to track thousands of items. Our customer base is distributors within the IMC group. Our customers buy our smart cabinets utilizing our software to sell consignment items.Daily I manage emails and calls supporting any issues or concerns. I reimage computers and configure devices based on customer needs. Apart of a new install is import the end-users inventory using excel into the software per machine order. This is completed before traveling to the end user for installation and training. We also provide webinars to potential customers and can grant demo licenses to utilize and experience our software.
