Conduct new hire orientations and set up training schedules. Process and oversee unemployment claims. Maintain electronic team member files. Respond and resolve team member questions & concerns. Keep abreast of related laws. Suggested to corporate office to streamline the hiring process by reducing/eliminating paper copy and transitioning to be more automated.
