The set of activities I am in charge of can be summarized as follows:- Definition, monitoring and implementation of the global product strategy. - Product management and definition of standardization processes across the entire division.- Business development for the European region.- Project management of regulatory initiatives and digital transformation. - Monitoring and control of the European operations and financials. - Definition and management of Avaloq´s product roadmap and regulatory initiatives.- Presentation of product workshops to Avaloq´s client community.- Development of the offering baseline for the European clients.

-Project management (PMO) for the trading derivatives portfolio.-Business Risk Management.-Development of new business products and solutions. -Strategic planning & process definition.-Valuation of Quantitative XVA and FVA Trading metrics.-Departmental responsible for answering to inquiries by European Central Bank inspectors at periodic “On-Site Inspections”. -Responsible for training sessions at the main branches in the Group such as London, NY, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Hong Kong, etc.

-Participation and management of different projects as a financial consultant (XVA Quant, Market Risk, Trading).-Development of firm´s internal initiatives.-Development and presentation of proposals. Risk and treasury analyst at Banco Santander:-Assistance to the XVA Quant team in the Initial Margin project.-Analysis of exposure profiles for OTC derivatives, calculated using Montecarlo simulations to generate CVA metric.-Analyst of the consulting team led by Banco Santander´s Global Market Risk, responsible for validating the unification and transformation of the information extracted from de trading platforms (Murex, Kondor, etc) for a wide range of financial instruments for feeding the corporative advanced methodology (Montecarlo) risk measurement tool.-Validation and analysis for the production start of the advanced simulations “Quant engine”, for exposition metric valuation.-Definition of the UAT test cases for the KYC & money laundering prevention tool “Norkom”.-Reporter for training sessions at Banco Santander´s UK local unit, London.
