I am a serious individual with a strong work ethic. I have worked in a number of customer service roles, primarily in the food service industry, but I have spent some time in a more general retail role. I also volunteered in roles that involved customer interaction. As part of these roles I have learned to get along with all sorts of different people, both as members of my team, and as customers.As a part of my most recent role I have trained multiple individuals to work in various roles within the store. This involved showing them what to do for that role, allowing them to attempt it, and then providing corrective coaching regarding mistakes, and ways to improve.I have also taken charge of areas of the store, which involved things such as deciding what role crew members were to perform, when people took breaks, and delegating jobs to ensure that the area remained clean and stocked up.
