Manage a book of business of over $1B, continually growing Assets Under Management (AUM) and conducting extensive research/analysis to help clients make strategic, profitable investment decisions. Consistently meet or exceed all assigned sales quotas and revenue targets, exceeding revenue expectations on a quarter-by-quarter basis and achieving Presidents Club status in 2019 Q2. Build superior relationships with analysts, researchers, stakeholders, clients, and upper management throughout the firm to provide clients with holistic support and maximize upselling opportunities. Compile diverse types of investment data, analyze it for trends, and presenting resulting recommendations and observations to clients and stakeholders to assist them in making sound financial decisions. Maintain comprehensive knowledge around modern investment philosophies/methodologies and educate clients on the advantages and disadvantages of various investment product options. Ensure adherence with all applicable compliance/risk guidelines—in addition to overseeing additional tasks related to brokerage operations, sales, performance management, and contract negotiation.
