Support and drive the build quality performance, monitoring the quality indicators to recognize and address dimensional errors and capability issues.Provide day to day production support on quality concerns and develop and implement short / long term countermeasure to quality problems while maintaining operational efficiency. Defining quality dimensional standards in each process build phase of product. Handling of quality, statistical and manufacturing tools (PDCA, 8D ́s, Cp and Cpk). Perform measurements analysis of product and results interpretation.Defining and executing product improvement activities in dimensional condition. Responsible for leading activities of product quality improvement.Implementation of improvements in fixtures, taking care of cost (minimum investment). Perform product and process audit and give support in analysis on KPI ́s items. Registration of documentation for audits procedures.

Coordinate and perform geometry measurements activities of product across Body shop, Paint shop and General Assembly.Gap and flush results comparison of product and evaluation of changes in product through Statistical Process Control.Elaborate reports and presentations, discuss results in meetings, suggest corrective actions and troubleshooting.Track and validate results in product after a improvement action.Registration of documentation for audit procedures.

Assure the specification fulfillment of products by using measurement specialized equipment in order to evaluate the quality of the products.Parts measurement on checking fixture, “free state” and as overall car measurement as well. Evaluate measurement results through comparing actual (measured) against CAD (nominal) to find deviations.Elaborate measuring reports, present results to team and give support in troubleshoot. Measurement routines creation in GOM.

Perform certification activities, validation and release of fixtures in production lines. Analyze dimensional quality of supplier parts on checking fixtures and give feedback about results, ask for quality improve when out of specification.Analyze dimensional data results of subassemblies, main assemblies and final product. Perform troubleshooting when out of specification.Schedule and coordinate dimensional certifications activities in fixtures as a dimensional preventive actions.Registration of documentation changes for audits procedures.
