Reporting directly to the head of Corporate Finance and Banking in Mexico.- Detail oriented; Time management and organizational skills.• Work closely with customers to identify any financial needs and help develop their short and long-term projections.• Liaise with back office functions connected to, for example, closing and funding, wires, payments, settlements.• Gather financial information and documentation needed for approval of credit lines implementation, extensions, increases, etc.• Request all necessary information from customers to be in compliance with KYC & AML Regulations.• Prepare and review legal documentation in detail, such as Credit Agreements, Amendments, Promissory Notes, NDAs, Standby Letters of Credit, etc.• Prepare internal documentation such as Credit Applications, Memos, Documentation Checklists, or as required to process credit transactions, and coordinate their execution in compliance with LBBW's policies. • Identify prospect customers for further approach to offer local credits and cross selling of global financial services (ECAs, Cross-Currency Swaps, Bank Guaranties, investments, etc). • Prepare marketing materials (presentations, term sheets) for prospects and clients.• Annually repare revenues forecast and monthly analysis vs actual revenues.• Collect financial information, global, and industry data to prepare analysis reports to assist the Head of Corporate Banking and/or Risk Management Department.
