• Investigated transferring simulations of the Epoch of Reionization in Cartesian space to the curved sky to test and compare realistic power spectrum analyses with high precision.• Developed an algorithm in Python for the efficient mapping between simulated coeval cubes and realizations of the 21 cm signal with HEALPix maps across a frequency range in comoving space accounting for evolution along the line-of-sight and distortions due to angular diameter distances.• Utilized the ergodic, periodic component of multi-frequency angular power spectra to compute the cylindrical power spectrum and quantified the relative error to the expected power spectrum.• Exploited uniform tiling methods to reduce search space by an order of magnitude and improve efficiency of algorithm by over 30 times the original formulation.• Conducted literature reviews and implemented analytic and numerical techniques for the reconstruction of the rectilinear power spectrum from the angular.
