Working as part of a newly developed team to effectively deal with data issues affecting invoices in the system. The role is a mix of internal and client contact to have any issues resolved in a timely manner. As well as the normal daily running the job also consist of various training exercises to help make the process streamlined and overall more optimal.

At my time with wave I solely handled all operational requests between wave and Scottish water on behalf of the Scottish government.
