Directorate-level lead in designing scalable solutions for advanced GEOINT capabilities; liaising with the Agency’s Chief Technology Officer and the Chief Information Officer’s technology directorate; and representing imagery science, geospatial science, and mission needs in enterprise product-line development. Reviewed scientific publications. Consulted on geospatial intelligence professional certification standards and exam content. Developed and deployed scalable solutions in distributed processing environments (serverless and HPC) to support the Intelligence Community, National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG), and international partners.

Authored, published, and coordinated Agency-wide processes and procedures for governance and AI assurance. Led the Technology and Tradecraft Line of Business’s Analytic Governance Board among the Senior GEOINT Officers in the accreditation of geospatial models, algorithms, tradecrafts, and workflows to enact these standards for the Intelligence Community.

Led the development of multiple advanced capabilities and algorithms designed to process non-literal datasets for the Intelligence Community. Directed research studies from proof of concept through integration. Represented scientific, technical, and mission needs on behalf of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency to Intelligence Community, Defense Industry, and commercial partners through direct engagements, briefings, and community events.
