I have been involved in commercial real estate since 1990 when I joined the Kessler Companies as an agent. In 1996 I obtained my Kentucky brokerage license and took over the presidency of the company. The Kessler Companies have developed, owned and operated apartment communities, hotels and retail centers in Kentucky, Indiana, Florida and North Carolina. I have served as a board member and as president of the Kentucky Real Estate Exchangors and served on the board of directors of the Louisville Apartment Association. I currently serve as president of the Kessler Family Foundation, a charity that assists deserving students obtain a college education.Currently I am seeking to develop apartment communities in the central Florida market in order to take advantage of favorable construction costs and the lack of new projects in the pipeline. It is my opinion that multifamily investments will continue to be one of the best investments in the long term due to credit conditions and the sharp reduction in housing construction.Specialties: Real estate development and management.Commercial lease negotiation.
