I have 6 years of culinary and hospitality experience at Odyssey World Cafe. My duties as manager include creating daily lunch specials, opening/closing/working the register, working both in the kitchen and dining room, making espresso drinks, making bread, managing and making large catering orders, managing the beer tap, and designating tasks between employees for maximum efficiency. I have experience acting, performing music, filming, recording audio and music, management, leadership, and teaching. I lead church music and worship teams for 8 years, and have written and performed music for 11 years. I have many passions, but music and performing are my main pursuits. My additional personal experience includes audio and music recording, video shooting and editing, live sound mixing, and light design (including concerts, musical theater productions, and dance shows). I also enjoy hosting and booking concerts. The tasks involved with this process include: booking bands, advertising, Social media advertising, setting up lights and sound, organizing volunteer labor tasks, and building stages. My biggest passion is music. I am proficient in these instruments: drums/percussion, mandolin, violin, electric bass guitar, piano, acoustic/electric guitar, and voice. I have several years of formal training in piano, guitar, voice, and music theory. I also have experience in writing my own songs as well as writing compositions for live theatrical stage productions.
