Education and Prior Experience: I am a 1980 Phi Beta Kappa graduate from University of Kansas. I received my Juris Doctorate from the University of Kansas in 1983. After law school, I served five years in the Army Judge Advocate General's Corps as a prosecutor and law instructor prior to entering private practice in 1988. I am a past President of the Denver Bar Association, a past member of the Denver Bar Association Board of Trustees and the Colorado Bar Association Board of Governors, a past member of the DRI Board of Directors, and President of the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association.
