After 8 years working on elections and political events, I abandoned talking points and photo ops to focus on producing something real.I started looking at my interests and passions. And then, one day while drinking a glass of fine whiskey, a light came on (granted, it was the freezer light as I grabbed more ice). I would create spirits. Following years of research, hands-on course work, and discussions with industry experts, McNeill Independent Spirits Creators came into being. Founded on December 13th, 2014, we are one of Maryland's newest artisan distilleries and we will focus on producing hand crafted whiskeys and rums. • Created and implemented transportation plan for 20,000 convention guests from nearly 50 different hotel properties to the convention arena and back for four days • Met timing requirements and remained within budget of $5 million • Worked with local, state, and national law enforcement to ensure attendee safety and maximize efficient movement• Managed staff vehicle fleet of 30 vehicles including distribution, tracking, maintenance, and repairs over six month period• Sourced, distributed, and recovered over 300 rental vehicles for convention VIP’s, campaign staff, and convention staff

• Planned and produced high-level events including policy addresses by President Obama and other heads of state, Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts concert, commencement, and other events with celebrities, dignitaries, and CEOs o Administered audio-visual vendor contracts totaling approximately $300,000.00 annuallyo Recruited, trained, and managed volunteer teams and office interns o Developed event logistics, including timelines, security, venues, equipment, audience, and support for special guests• Expanded capacity of Protocol and Events office to effectively respond to future event requestso Facilitated cross-campus relationships with Financial Affairs Office, President’s Office, and other partners o Created materials for site visits, including venue layout information and campus maps

• Provided build out and support for 22 offices in all 5 New York City boroughs, totaling 62,000 sq ft for 160 staff and interns • Arranged security detail for four opposition targeted campaign offices• Equipped over 400 persons with individual badge access to headquarters

• Managed requests of media outlets and congressional galleries including workspace assignments, build out of studio and production space, signage, technical aspects, and credentials• Fulfilled Minneapolis-Saint Paul Host Committee corporate sponsor requests• Recruited and supervised 40 volunteers as part of trusted team completing tasks during final two weeks of convention

• Developed corporate partnerships for all programs, from research stage, through initial outreach, to negotiation of contracts • Solicited and administered corporate membership program• Facilitated sponsor requests, managed sponsor relations, and provided end of year program performance reports

• Managed daily operations of Brooklyn headquarters, where team accomplishments included: 300 volunteers recruited and trained; 200,000 telephone calls made; 300,000 households canvassed; 50 successful events held, including 10 mayoral visits
