Product manager of enterprise care management solution supporting the human services industry. Program and product management for three ASME Standards & Certification (S&C) web applications. Responsibilities include:1) Managing a group of Business Analysts and Senior Business Analysts including yearly goal setting, performance evaluations, setting department policies and best practices, and reviewing requirement, process, and training documentation2) Business unit product management lead on S&C capital system projects, including vendor project management/liaising, and change/stakeholder management3) Developing and evaluating RFI/RFP documents4) Collaborating with senior staff on prioritization and strategic direction for S&C electronic tools5) Internal auditor of ASME standards for compliance with accredited procedures6) Liaison to ASME Project Management Office and Business Process Transformation/ERP Task Force member

Administered ASME codes and standards committees comprised of technical experts related to flanges, fittings, and gaskets; non metallic pressure piping; transport tanks; bulk solid storage; and elevators and escalators. Other resonsibilities included:1) Initial staff engineer for the Non Metallic Pressure Piping Committee, tasked with building the committee structure, process and procedures for a new line of ASME standards in the area of non metallic piping for various industries2) Facilitated strategic plan development for the committees, maintained publication schedules for codes and standards, and handled logistics3) Oversaw ASME colleagues who were staffing subcommittees.4) Administered six US Technical Advisory Groups to the International Standards Organization

Administered ASME Codes and Standards Committees related to elevators and escalators, pressure equipment, risk based inspection planning, and lifting devices. 1) Worked closely with Committee on Pressure Vessels Leadership to develop responses to technical interpretations.2) Helped to develop the strategic plan for the committees and maintaining publication schedules.
