I graduated with a BA and MA in Physical Education and completed a secondary PGCE with QTS. I previously conducted research focusing on physical literacy and fundamental motor skills of primary school children and the implementation of an intervention program to help develop both object and locomotor skills. Passionate about learning and supporting others to learn in a way that engages and motivates them. I am currently teaching secondary PE in Shenzhen, China.
