* Responsible for the creation of 3D model /2D (drawings) designs of mechanical / automatic pedalsboxes based on the specification of Stellantis and GM. High knowledge of raw materials standards of these car makers (plastic and steel);* Experience as pedal box specialist (CAD engineer) acquired in PCMA Italy during one year training.* Development of new products/processes for plastic/steel components as Advanced product quality planning (APQP);* Cross functional teams lead for product / process development, implementation ofimprovement and quality issues solving projects;* Responsabile of industrial costs breakdown of products development;* Definition of control plans and technical reports of tests of the new products;* Member of the EPM Pillar (Preventive Product Management) of the WCM methodology;* Quality tools: stratification, histogram, cause and effect diagram, pareto chart, scatter diagram;* Development plan of new suppliers;* Intermediate knowledge of statistical process control;* Key User of the SAP management system with the functions of materials registration, technical list BOM, purchases requests and training of other users in these functions.
