• Planned and oversaw recompletions and workovers for both oil and gas projects
• Worked with regulatory and geology to create and execute injection and disposal permits through the EPA permitting process

• Lead reservoir engineer responsible for QEP’s North Dakota acreage position
• Used volumetrics, well performance, and reservoir characteristics to drive development planning and well approval efforts across the basin
• Created exhibits and testified at NDIC hearings including spacing, infilling, flaring, and field expansions
• Pioneered QEP’s approach to overlapping spacing units and well layouts to drain difficult to reach reserves
• Created and maintained a full tracking database of Bakken and Three Forks wells in 5 ND counties
• Evaluated various gathering agreements and worked with marketing team to understand changing price differentials as take-away capacity evolves
