    Over 10 years of selecting pneumatic components and designing systems, I have noticed that virtually every system is oversized. I think that this is due to the lack of appropriate education in technical schools - fortunately, I once had the opportunity to meet a man who was able to build any system and implement any function using pneumatics - thank you Giancarlo! 🙏That is why, after finishing my job at Bibus Menos, I decided to fight the trend of selecting "by eye" (because if the actuator has G1/4 ports, the valve must also have... 🤦‍♂️) and for anyone who wants to consciously select pneumatic elements (both executive and control ones), I started providing services on request, consisting of:➡ appropriate selection of executive elements for the function performed➡ based on information on how the above executive elements work, making calculations and selecting control, logical and regulatory elements in accordance with the demand➡ based on all of the above, selecting air preparation units that will not show unacceptable pressure drops when starting the machine💰Thanks to this, such a company will never again overpay for oversized elements, and savings from ordering the appropriate components on one project usually oscillate around 20-35%In addition, I design entire pneumatic systems in accordance with the "as simple as possible" principle and prepare documentation with minimum technical requirements based on which an inquiry can be sent to the supplier.In this case, I often cooperate with design departments from the beginning, supporting their work in the design of entire machines, technological lines, or stations.Sometimes, as time allows, I conduct training on how to make correct selections and calculations. 👨‍🏫
