Liaise with trades and coordinate repairs (beginning/handover), review specialist reports/plans & permits to determine any outcome. Reporting alongside Insurers and CM/Submissions Teams to upload into our client's systems. Regular On-Site inspections to be conducted during the repair process. Estimating/preparing a SOW, while operating dedicated programs that are tailored to our systems. Project Cost Management, while providing a strong relationship with the client for all their requirements/needs. Dual assessments to be conducted alongside representatives from the Insurer’s - Well structured auditing/variation process. National/Team meetings. Manage KPI’s and meeting job lifecycle deadlines. Manage and escalate dispute/issue resolutions as required, assist with training staff as required.
