▪ Maintain business relationship with local & international banks (such as Credit Suisse, Erste Austria, Societe Generale, UniCredito, etc) or investment funds (US, Singapore) in terms of loan facilities (syndicated/bilateral facilities)/sale lease back structures from ITS to Closing, Treasury, Cash Management, Trade Finance (performance guarantees, warranties); over 800m USD raised via banks financing, sale-lease back structures, leasing/asset financing▪ Analyze and monitor the consolidated budget up to 350m USD/yearly (in terms of P&L, BS, CF), funding strategy, together with the Executive Management▪ Financial modeling - internal performance, banks & investors purposes based on different scenarios (Best/base/worst case scenarios)▪ Controlling activities - coordination of the corporate planning process, preparation for decision-making with analyses and profitability studies, monitoring and in the end Top Management reporting; over 10 business lines to be analyzed/ monitored▪ Take part to the preparation of Big Four audit report or Due Diligence reports prepared for financing purposes/tenders/exposure limits with the key suppliers. Dealing with companies like Alvarez & Marsal (2 years), PWC or Deloitte on different projects▪ Participate in the negotiation of company’s bareboat agreements/commercial contracts signed on external markets▪Analyze and mitigate the risk of the company based on the contractual clauses to be signed▪ Negotiate of the insurance policy package Hull & Machinery, P&I (over 1 bln USD in total to be insured) on London market▪ Actively participate in the Tenders procedures▪ Participate in the restructuring measures implemented end of 2014/beginning of 2015 due to Oil & Gas downturn▪ Benchmark testing

Key accounts portfolio account management (over 1bln USD in cash exposure/funding) under a strategic approach set up at organization level under a PAM/LAM structure, which imply understanding of financial and product needs, advisory, delivery▪ Manage a tier 1 portfolio in Oil & Gas sector ▪ Set up exposure strategies, together with the executive management of the division ▪ Analyze the prospects specificities, funding strategies and drafting and enforcing the best approach in order to enhance the existing portfolio▪ Constant relationship meetings with ultimate shareholders, management in order to pro-actively test the relationship level, meet needs, test potential complaints▪ Participate in meetings in sensitive cases: Exit strategies, negotiations to restructure debt, additional protective legal clauses in the loan documentation.▪ Organize cross selling in order to enforce a full package of services (retail, private banking)▪ Cooperation with internal support functions: cash management, treasury, retail or advisory and alternate funding divisions.▪ In case of complex opportunities or deals cooperation with syndication desk, investment banking, project finance/structured finance organizing due diligence process.▪ Financial analysis: analyzing the financial statements of the client, indentifying critical weaknesses and business drivers,propose proper mitigants, financial covenants to limit leverage, analysis of budgets, forecasts, relevant ratios.▪ Structuring: address the proper structuring for deals in cooperation with project finance/structured finance division,treasury, legal, risk management▪ Propose credit applications to credit committee and present/support deals in view of approval; Monitoring Conditionssubsequent (including regular fulfillment of financial covenants, reporting covenants, coverage ratios if case etc.)▪ Negotiate loan documentations with clients, together with internal or external legal
