Design Verification and Test (DVT) lead for a new Control Section system. Leading a multi-discipline team to test flight hardware to support flight test. Heading the Proof of Manufacturing phase of the program. Electronics System Directorate Section Head (7 direct reports). Program Management 6 Certified, internal Raytheon accreditation aimed to provide leaders the training on leadership, earned value, mission assurance, contracts, integrated master schedule, and risk/opportunity board. Cost Account Manager for 10-15 people, monthly reporting updates tracked in Integrated Master Schedule, deliverable to customer.

Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) for 10 – 15 people, including Cost Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities (100 Million dollar Contract) on new Control Section Design. Led development program starting at Systems Requirements Review (SRR) phase, then Preliminary Design Review (PDR) and final Critical Design Review (CDR) as integrated product team lead (3-year development). Responsible for all aspects of the design, mechanical, electrical, structures, thermal, systems, firmware/software, and cost. Created and managed technical requirements to determine sound solutions towards maintaining cost and scope.

Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) on a full rate production (400 per year) for 5-7 people including Cost Account Management (CAM) responsibilities. IPTL lead included responsibilities including Control Section, Target Detector, Rocket Motor, Canister, Telemeter, and energetic assemblies. Trouble shooting hardware and processes down to CCA and component level. Resolution of issues on production lines and in testing (including suppliers). In charge of production processes corresponding to Material Review Board, Process Change Notices to Technical Data Package, Failure Review Board Processes, and Supplier Audits. First joined the production program from development phase into transition to production phase.

Responsible Engineering Authority as a Digital Designer for Circuit Card Assembly development, which included design, analysis, simulation, test, and integration. This included designs, which included processors, FPGA’s, memory, UART, and Ethernet. Experience using Mentor Graphics Design Tools (HyperLynx signal integrity, power integrity, and Xpedition Enterprise Xpcb). Developed test equipment for Circuit Card Acceptance Testing. As an individual contributor helped with section level Design Verification Testing of my circuit cards at the system level. Supported the testing of flight hardware. Worked with multi-discipline teams to meet aggressive flight test schedule.
