- Project Management of Major Contracts within the Oil and Gas and Power Sectors - Successful contracts working for clients including BP, Statoil, Sakhalin Energy, Doosan, Daewoo. - Client locations include Russia, Norway, S.Korea, Australia. - Controlling contracts using schedule, deliverables and Procurement plans. - Heading internal Engineering Project teams to prioritise and control work plans. - Controlling scope creep and design changes. - Working closely with Finance to ensure that best results for the use of different currencies is achieved. - Reporting and Forecasting Project Finances with Head office twice a quarter.

Project Manager of a £2.7M containerised 33kV Switchgear unit. The project incorporates the management of many different equipment suppliers (HVAC, Container manufacturer, Scada, etc) to give a completed containerised package. The contract involves using previous experiences in project roles such as financial reporting, project programming, customer and supplier liaison and correspondence recording.

Project Management within the Power and Export division of Tyco. Current date projects managed from £2.1million to £250k. Contracts range from controlling a design, supply and commission contract for fire detection/protection solutions to various power plants in Africa, to additional installation requirements to contracts within the UK. As well as working in line with the Tyco quality standard processes, within this role my other responsibilities included:- Assisting with Sales to secure contracts- Reviewing T&C’s - Assisting with Design- Liaising with clients and Suppliers- Compiling and Implementing H&S procedures- Project Supervision- Keeping and reviewing Financial Records- Drafting and working to programs- Preparing Completion DocumentationThe overall outlook of the position covers all stages of contracting from sales to handing over the final completed solution.Alongside my Contract Management role I am also part of the Six Sigma continuous improvement team. As a trained Kaizen facilitator, I have highlighted and completed various projects within the company to improve processes for a more efficient and effective way of working for the ever competitive markets.
