My plan from the beginning was to study Hotel/ Restaurant to open a small BYOB and be the Chef/Owner. I have taken the required steps and paths to reach that goal. My highest level I have reached to achieve that goal is Sous Chef; the next step would be Executive Chef. Recently I have decided that I no longer want to open a restaurant and feel that earning a paycheck is the way to go theses days; therefor, I do not feel as if it is no longer feel that the promotion of Executive Chef is necessary. My new goal is to go back to school, finish up my degree in Hotel/ Restaurant Management, take those credits and use them to achieve a business degree. In the end, I would like a job Healthcare Administrations; therefor, I am looking for an enntry level job in that feild.
