I lead an amazing team of that is always working to evaluate the past, present and future technology changes in the industry to better guide Harder Mechanical where it should be looking to keep a competitive edge, while maintaining current VDC development and lean practices within the BIM/VDC department. This allows us to align with our customers, clients, and vendors on a number of levels and it allows us to work seamlessly with our other department to make sure HMC puts its best foot forward, every step of the way.

Develop and support all working sites with software and programs the help them produce cleaner, and more precise models. Our team is also working toward a more Lean process on the back end to decrease turn around time on requests and increase visibility across departments.Whether we are updating existing process and programs or developing and deploying new ones, we strive to provide strong continued improvement and communication throughout the department.

I can get it done on time and accurately drawn.
