Some of my top responsibilities include the design stages, implementation and verification of projects undertaken, some of the projects are: • Installation and commissioning of a turbo generator Siemens of 2.4 MW (Conceptual engineering, Foundations, pipe, accessories and steam blowing, Leveling and aligning).• Installation and commissioning of a turbo generator KKK of 500 KW (Conceptual engineering, Foundations, pipe, accessories and steam blowing, Leveling and aligning, maintenance of the turbine and generator, nozzle valves group modification, control and power panel).• Installation of a condensation turbine of 1.5 MW (Equipment selection and Conceptual engineering) in course.• Design and Installation of the pipeline of a water tube boiler (600 PSIG and 120.000 Lbs/hr) base on ASME standards (Flexibility analysis, support, steam traps, control and security valves, expansion joint, isolation, accessories, welding, and Nondestructive Testing.• Design and Installation of a building for preparation of alcoholic beverages (included civil works, design and installation of a Storage Tank, API 650 Standards, pipe, pumps, swing panel, mezzanine, instrumentation, illumination, and electrical connection).• Design and Installation of a silencer (capacity: 30.000 Pound per hour, and 100 Psig) for a blow-off steam pipe.• Design and Installation of a distillation system ARD.• Design and installation of hydraulic system.• Design and installation of foam-water Sprinkler system base on NFPA Standards (11, 13, 16 and 20).• Design and installation of heat exchangers.• Design of rotatives equipment foundation.
