● Responsible for the management of scheduling/rostering of more than 700 staff and work assignment of all security field-based staff● Manage worker competencies, qualifications, and roster patterns to ensure effective coverage● Plan and schedule projects, mobilisations, and demobilisations in a proactive manner ● Record, update and maintain operational information for all projects, sites, and events● Assist with producing and distributing relevant site documentation to all field staff● Work closely with Human Resources to develop and monitor consistency of labour strategies toensure suitable staff at each site has sufficient resources to meet service level requirements● Ad-hoc operational based administration duties.● Ensure long term forecasting and scheduling is assigned across all sites.● Maintain accurate and timely documentation.● Attend weekly workforce planning meetings to help with roster forecasting.● Assign suitable and qualified workers to specific roles.● Maintain positive rapport with workforce and clients.

Aircraft and Staffs movement according to clients needs, Skill sets and other factorsEffective staff planning to meet future project requirements and maximize effective allocation across all project and shutdown works.
