Passionate about helping people and teams to perform better more often. I work alongside coaches, players and teams to support learning, development and performance.My experience and interests include the application and practice of sports psychology in elite and professional sport. More specifically, how sport psychologists work alongside, and as part of a wider staff team to support development and performance. My doctoral research focused on understanding how the talent development environment influences the development of people and performers. I have completed the HCPC approved Professional Doctorate in Sport and Exercise Psychology at Liverpool John Moores University.
