  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESRECRUITMENT● Sourcing of qualified candidates through paid and free search portals.● Conduct interviews for qualified candidates● Maintain a 45-60 day turn-around-time for fulfilling each requirement.HR – LABOR RELATIONS● Create memos for all types of information dissemination, warnings, due process etc.● Attend and represent Volenday in a single-entry approach process required by NLRC, if and when necessary.● Implement due process when needed.● Ensure up-to-date information on local labor laws and inform the company and its employees when necessary.HR – STATUTORY BENEFITS & OTHERS● SSS, Philhealth, HDMF – facilitate new applications, loans, posting of payments.● BIR Forms – ensure forms that employees need to submit are complete.● Medical examinations – ensure that all incoming employees are fit to work, and all employees are compliant with the annual physical examination.● Background ChecksHR – EMPLOYEE RELATIONS● Facilitate mini-town hall meetings.● Formulate ideas and implement activities related to employee engagement which are but not limited to team-building activities, Halloween, Christmas Party etc.
