I design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures for The Green Room. I’ve worked on setting up offensive and defensive financial goals that are linked to internal KPIs. I invest a significant amount of my time developing culture and company feel. I also focus heavily on strategy, analysis and developing external metrics and customer service opportunities. I handle all fundraising, cash management, contract negotiation, investments, acquisitions and capital investment planning.

As Senior Operations and Engineering Manager, my role was to oversee the entire warehouse and analyze old processes and implement new business processes. I created many standardized tools and forms to be used by all employees as well as automated logs to maximize efficiency and information retention. After standardizing all process from the warehouse to the office, I implemented a business intelligence program. I created KPIs, benchmarks and standardized metrics as well as developed a forecasting system for inbound volumes. All of these metrics and reports were then automated through programming. I then started creating a new company culture revolving around teamwork, belonging and recognition for good work. This dynamically changed the buy-in to our company and affected the overall job satisfaction dropping attrition of 1-2 people a month to almost no attrition.

Managed over 20 people across multiple programs in the DC, order fulfillment and contract packaging to efficiently deliver goods and services to clients; Implemented inventory control systems; Used Lean values and increased throughput by eliminating excessive inventory, standardizing labor practices and creating more efficient ergonomics; Developed and implemented improvements to enhance workflow; Increased efficiency by implementing new factory layouts and creating new tools; Led the purchase of material handling equipment and automated packaging equipment, through cost benefit analysis; Delivered excellent customer service that enhanced the company’s reputation through all aspects of onboarding a new customer, and in ongoing customer relations.

Partnered with interior designers, hotel owners, and construction managers to develop and integrate unique products into new hotel builds and renovations: managing the resource planning, organization, and procurement; Managed up to 6 projects at a time, with varying constraints at one time.
