Managing 26 drivers and warehouse operatives Ensuring drivers are well drilled and quick out of the door making sure stock is as accurate as possible maintaining 18 vans and making sure they are all on the road and safe at all times looking after the cash and admin side of the branch cash outstanding is kept to a min and all credit accounts are up to date looking after the audit side of the branch and health and safety is always a priority Operations is a massive task and one I am getting to grips with after 7 years as a sales manager I am enjoying the role and will keep improving this branch .An Operations job is never done there's always something to improve on steep learning curve for me but im loving it !!!!

Managing 10 sales advisors on smashing daily sales targets ( mine was £24,000 per day )pushing driving and coaching my sales team to work together to achieve the same goal drive company incentives to the fullest .You have to be a personality to do this job make people feel part of something and give you there all everyday
