- R&D End-to-End Packaging Development across Lacoste fragrance brand - Delivery of Lacoste L.12.12 range, launch of Lacoste Live and L.12.12 Female. - Front end concept ideation through to trialling and launch, - Embedding innovation such as adhesion of textile crocodile to glass bottle, PET "pedestal" liner to Lacoste L!VE, innovative print on L.12.12 LE2016.- Rapid collaborative ideation developed through new Hot House Way of Working to enable fast decision making, involving key supply partners early. - Driving technology capability team on packaging materials, including collaboration cross function and cross business within P&G to maximise learnings and power of CoP.- Embedding new capabilites to improve Way of Working e.g. digital prototype rendering and 3D printing.

- Initiative rollout: supply chain establishment and supportive testing- Driving cost savings to existing products- Tool qualification - specialist in injection moulding- Qualification of production lines- Creating seamless community from R&D to production- Continuous support of all plants in the region - Ongoing standards maintenance

- Design and specification of switchgear assemblies to account for mechanical and electrical requirements as well as appropriate scale of production- Production of technical drawings- Tolerancing for continuous ease of production and assembly- Testing of prototype equipment to ensure standards are met and claims supported- Collaboration with Current Production to ensure seamless transition from prototype to full scale production
