Leading a team of 13 on a Middle Eastern deployment overseeing communications, repair, and mobility support for an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) task group of 150 personnel, enabling crisis response and ensuring mission readiness for six months.Executed supply support and leadership to a team of 25 personnel in holistic management of $10M of parts inventory, $18M in shipping and receiving, and $30M in procurement, providing continuous support to Navy’s East Coast EOD force.

Led 110 specialists (40 Military, 55 Italian Nationals, and 15 U.S. Civilians) at five geographically separate sites and numerous temporary sites who were responsible for all U.S. Navy tactical logistics operations on mainland Italy to include; transportation, customs, multi-modal operations, warehousing, personal property shipping, hazardous material, fuels, and postal operations. Coordinated closely with the US 6th Fleet and NATO Joint Forces Command, Naples to sustain operations, support maintenance and meet fleet schedules. Implemented Lean Six Sigma process to manage best practices and prioritize new technologies acquisitions while taking ownership and developing key stakeholder relationships.

Managed, maintained, and monitored the logistical, culinary, and financial needs in support of a fast attack submarine crew of 140 men. This includes financial oversight of a multi-million dollar budget, accounting for over eighty million dollars in repair parts on board and overseeing the sustainment of meals in a high operational tempo.

Managed daily operations of ski rental shop at Waldorf Astoria Park City. Directed trainings impacting safety, team leadership, and quality control to drive profitable sales. Partnered with Waldorf Astoria leadership to communicate important events and provide a seamless guest experience.
