I am a Partner in the tax practice at PwC and work with a variety of multinational and privately owned businesses, mainly in the EU&M, Industrial Services, Retail and FMCG space.I have a particular focus on the tax aspects of M&A, including due diligence, structuring and post-deal integration. I regularly provide tax consulting advice to businesses across all aspects of Australian income tax and work closely with clients to productively manage their tax function and to maintain positive relationships with revenue authorities.I am a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. I have extensive experience in tax accounting and advising clients in relation to their Australian income tax compliance obligations, including liaising with the Australian Tax Office in relation to risk reviews, audits of tax and ATO private binding ruling requests.I am also an Australian legal practitioner within the meaning of the Legal Profession Uniform Law (Victoria), and hold a current practising certificate.
