Two year General Management development program consisting of three eight-month rotations in different areas of the company. Rotation 3 - Product Life Cycle Program Associate (Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division)Developed a set of tools and metrics to help manage and increase value of current products as they proceed through the various stages of the product life cycle. Rotation 2 - Supply Chain Analyst (Laboratory Consumables Division)Led a series of projects to reduce waste and improve flow of goods between factories and warehouses across the globe. Created a set of visual management tools to monitor and improve supply chain performance and factory demand.Rotation 1 - Product Analyst (Cold Storage Business Unit).Led a cross-functional team to review and streamline the accessories portfolio of the business unit. Developed a series of reporting packages and models to provide information on completed sales and opportunities to commercial and product management teams. Created a bottom-up process to be used in annual pricing and strategic planning discussions for the business unit.

Developed a new process for estimating loss trends for Personal Lines Uninsured Motorists coverage which created savings of $1.6M annually. Supervised a team of four full-time employees in a project to develop prediction models based on external leading indicators for personal lines coverages.

Responsible for production of gross domestic product (GDP) by state statistics for 21 manufacturing industries and 6 transportation industries. Developed improved methodology for estimating advanced farm industry GDP. Researched and produced estimates of gross output by state and intermediate inputs by state for 27 detailed industries.
