I am the head of the Customer Focus Team, a small development group created to handle product maintenance and enhancements for a leading procurement, CRM, and SRM enterprise software solution. My responsibilities include researching and triaging defect reports and feature requests for the rest of the CF Team, while resolving many of the bugs myself. The team occasionally participates in testing efforts based on need, as well. I also regularly attend product overview meetings as a team representative and provide a development perspective for the Product Management, Quality Management, and Support teams. I current serve as a "dev angel" for customers implementing the next product release. As the primary development contact for two customers during the months-long installation and configuration process, I manage their defect reports and enhancements while providing development assistance to the consultants and ramp-up coaches.

As a member of the Customer Focus Team in the E-Sourcing application group, my primary duties are fixing bugs on current and development releases, performing various tests, and developing new components/modules/features/etc. for the application.

•Create Apple iPhone applications to specification for clients, individually and collaboratively •Learn and utilize the Apple iPhone SDK in Xcode, including simulator and device testing•Participate in full software development cycle on an original application•Work with other developers' code for application testing, debugging and enhancement

•Set up and operate computer audio cueing software and hardware•Repair and manage theater equipment, including soldering and running cables•Arrange and maintain ClearCom intercom system and audio equipment for use in production

Extracurricular undergraduate university theater, for the collective and other unrelated theater groups.
