• Assist in the launch and implementation of UniFirst Business Solutions across our various North America locations as part of the Enterprise Solutions Team. (UBS: UniFirst’s new Customer Relationship Management system)• Become a subject matter expert on UBS and train department personnel on UBS functionality• Provide on-site UBS support to Team Partners and management• Training topics include financial reporting, budget preparation, and production policies, procedures, and responsibilities

• Support the implementation of a new company-wide CRM/Billing system • Gain experience in all departments of the company, including production, service, and sales.• Participate in developing and executing testing related to new billing and CRM system• Participate in standards and procedures development and refinement• Support field post-training/conversion with follow up visits, and problem remediation• Act as a results-driven relationship manager• Work with management, business users, and information systems group to analyze and correct data quality issues for the conversion between the current billing system and new billing and CRM systemAssist corporate office (based in Wilmington, MA) plan and implement a new CRM/Billing system. Upon implementation of the new CRM/Billing program company-wide, program graduates travel to train employees at 200+ locations nationwide.

•Supervise one or more of the daily operations and sales functions to ensure maximization of fleet utilization, incremental revenue, customer satisfaction and employee management•Perform duties and provide service in accordance to established operation procedures and company policies. Supervise the counter, service and/or bus area as assigned•Direct and control the servicing of customers at the rental counters•Plan, direct and control the preparation of returned vehicles for the next rental•Responsible for the development of new employees and the on-going performance assessment of current employees•Recommend appropriate corrective action where necessary•Build and maintain business relationships to facilitate organizational profitability•Inspect vehicles on the ready line to ensure compliance with established quality standards
