Industrial Relations Manager
Current- Design and delivery of workplace relations strategy, services (such as workplace investigations, dispute resolution), frameworks, policies, reporting and education.
- Facilitate engagement of consultative arrangements by maintaining regular communication with business and industrial partners.
- Leading the enterprise bargaining processes ensuring agreements are fair, compliant, and beneficial to both the company and our people.
- Provide expert advice and advocacy on industrial relations matters, including dispute resolution and employee grievances.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and regulations.
- Conduct research and analysis on industrial relations developments and trends.
