Rabbi Daniel (Dolph) Reichenbach is a Jewish Educator, and a Rabbi. Dan, or “Dolph” as his friends and family know him is a Teacher, Hebrew scribe (Sofer) in training, Song-leader, life long guitar player, and curriculum specialist. Daniel also is an avid outdoorsman. Daniel holds a Masters in Hebrew Literature, a Masters in Religious Education, and a degree certificate from the PARDES institute Yeshivah, in experiential Education.Daniel graduated from Clark University with honors in 12’ where he worked closely with Dr. Everett Fox. Dan made Aliyah and moved to Israel in the summer of 2012 with Garin Tzabar (a part of the Israeli Tzofim movement) Dan went on to serve in the Israeli Defense Forces as an infantryman, and first sargent/specialist in Battalion 932. Daniel saw combat in the summer of 14’. Since his time in the army, Daniel has been committed to educating future Jews a more nuanced history, and hopeful future of the Zionist project. Daniel has done training with Resetting the Table, a group who work to cultivate spaces in which many opinions, often diametrically opposed, can find common ground. Daniel has studied at Hebrew University in Jerusalem as well as at several Yeshivot and centers of Jewish learning in Jerusalem such as PARDES and AISH Ha Torah.Daniel received a certificate in Experiential Jewish Education from The Pardes institute in Jerusalem. Daniel received his MARE (Masters in Religious Ed) from HUC JIR in 2020. Daniel has worked at several Tristate are Synagogues since he was 16. Most recently Stephen Wise Free Synagogue and Hevreh of Southern Berkshires.
