I am a professional Ballroom dancer, teacher and Somatic Coach. I offer workshops to businesses and not-for-profits in health and non-verbal communication. I obtained my MFA in dance through SUNY Brockport in 2016 and am a Certified Laban Movement Analyst through Integrated Movement Studies. I have taught various dance styles and somatic workshops throughout Canada, Brazil and the US. Workshops are available in Ballroom, Capoeira, Brazilian social dance, post-modern dance, Somatics and movement analysis, personal training and non-verbal communication.
