During my employment at Clyde Property I have gained a great amount of knowledge in both the property sector as well as business operations as a whole. My first role within this operation was lettings and thereafter I progressed to valuer for both sales and letting. Working with a reputable company has highly enhanced my communication skills and selling abilities as superior customer service levels is expected at all times. The business aims to deliver a service to its clients which is superior to competitors in order to establish a working relationship with clients and secure any future business which may be available. Working with Clyde Property has also given me an opportunity to work on my selling abilities as well as to build upon KPI’s and high end targets. I believe this job has allowed me to enrich my skills where customer service is concerned as dealing with various different prospectus clients has taught me that expectations required from the brand which myself as a valuer is relied upon to deliver will in turn effect the success of the business and its growth. Within this job I have also undertaken various customer service training programmes, worked with computer systems, key handled and cash handled. Further to this, I am in charge of any works which may be required to properties and delegating duties to trades which are required to carry out any works. This has further developed my managerial and time keeping skills as well as my ability to retain and abide by strict budgets.

During my time at Waterside Classics Ltd I was heavily involved in expanding the business, which included the sales, restoration, management of employees, recruitment, HR issues, financial budgets and customer service. I played an integral role in all aspects and the daily functioning of the business. This allowed me to gain an all-round understanding of how business operation should function, the demands of 100% customer satisfaction and the ability to manage and abide by strict financial budgets. Working within the company has given me the freedom to assist in sales and marketing. Overall this employment helped me to develop and enhance both managerial and communication skills. Further to this, my role at the business allowed me to expand my knowledge on business operations, the demand that can be financial pressures and additionally the general demands and pressures of the day to day running of the company.
