Responsible for management of F&B on a site with 2 hotels. 2aa rosette accredited restaurant and a combined 170 bedrooms.

My first full time position in hospitality - I worked as a waiter at Brocket Hall. With a Michelin starred restaurant, club house and 2 championship golf courses, I also worked in the Main restaurant under Celebrity chef Stephen Saunders and was part of the team that launched the venture.
