I provide shared services support across all ACS divisions, maintaining direct relationships with approximately 200 of the 250 elected members and volunteers through the national governance structure. I also serve as CEO when the incumbent is on leave or overseas.Notable Achievements:• Increased overall revenue from $18.6 million in FY2014-15 to $50 million in FY2019-20 in collaboration with the CEO by diversifying income streams through new services and products.• Drove tremendous organisational growth over five years:o Led five consecutive years of membership growth from 18,000 members in FY2014-15 to 55,000 members in FY2019-20;o Increased employees from 60 staff to 180 staff;o And increased the asset base from $15.8 million in FY2014-15 to $46.7 million in FY2019-20.• Successfully managed the largest internal team in the organisation, dispersed across every Australian state and territory.o The 13 direct reports included eight State Managers; the National Brand and Marketing Manager; National Events Manager; the Strategic Partnerships Manager; and others. o The full team consisted of 90 staff members including 60 full-time indirect reports and 30 contractors and casual staff.o The team included all legal staff in the organisation.• Led a four-year organisational digital transformation and oversaw company-wide change management to replace all core systems with a new technology stack.o The new technology stack included Salesforce for CRM and membership; Adobe Experience Manager for CMS; Adobe Campaigns for direct messaging; various vendors and plugins; four separate LMS systems; and Canvas and Litmus.

I reported to the General Manager and was responsible for restructuring and re-positioning MEGT’s Australian Apprenticeship Support Services division, identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing the new operating model, executing the change management strategies, and driving business systems transformation initiatives.Notable Achievements:• Collaborated with the GM to lead and secure MEGT’s largest bid for the five-year Commonwealth Government tender for Australian Apprenticeship Support Services worth over $110 million.o This included continuously pivoting from strategy to tactical to operational leadership over all Australian states and territories.o The project involved setting the tender strategy; developing the new service delivery model; engaging with external partners and internal business units; conducting tender workshops with various national stakeholders; planning and co-writing the response; securing respective evidence and supporting artefacts; and managing project budget, scope and time.• Led and built capability of the National Fee for Service, Compliance and Training teams across the division with direct revenue responsibility of $12.8 million and 39 staff, including two direct reports.o Increased productivity by 34 per cent in the first year of the contract from the previous year.• Delivered the organisational system replacement and business transformation project to restructure the operating and service delivery model in preparation for the new contract and for greater integration opportunities with other internal divisions.• Oversaw the annual budget and business plan strategy to establish organisational productivity metrics and key performance indicators.
