• Dealt with heritage permit applications and heritage clearances• Demonstrated strong customer service skills offering professional planning guidance staffing the front counter • Helped create design guidelines for drive-through facilities in Burlington• Researched best practices in planning to benchmark Burlington’s planning process for a report presented to Council• Created an online intra-office database for Zoning By-law and Official Plan Amendment reports dating back to 2005 • Reviewed and made recommendations to amend the current Zoning By-law
