Established a strategy of collaborating with constituents to address the diverse needs of the communities served in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner. Created a targeted fundraising plan to generate investment and diversify funding streams to ensure revenue is stable and balanced between public and private sources.Doubled the organizations operating budget, increasing investment into the agency by 35% from public and private sources, and increasing individual giving by 50% over last year.Developed fundraising events strategy, including donor engagement events; open houses; cocktail receptions; developed a sustaining supporter circle and expanded gala strategy that tripled net event revenue.
