Assistant Residential Manager
CurrentWork in coordination with the leadership to develop and implement innovative programming.Participate in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and retention of program staff.Recommends assignments, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions, grievanceresolutions, and other personnel actions. Evaluates and develops employee performance through quarterly meetings and goal planning with assigned employees. Monitors, tracks, and participates in all safety related drills and reporting.Prepares, implements, and supervises Individual Habilitation Plans and Individual Service Plans with the assistance of the interdisciplinary team. Supervises, implements, and records program tasks and other programmatic requirements utilizing the designated online documentation system. Collect and analyze data and records of service accurately following Boundless procedures. Ensures and supervises the safety, health, and well-being of all residents. Ensure the day-to-day operations of the assigned facility and ensure activities run seamlessly through the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and systems. Oversees and supervises the planning and preparation of nutritious meals as directed by the Dietician.Ensures the proper ordering and dispensing of medication as ordered by the physician.Ensures the implementation of medical treatments as ordered by the physician.Responsible for completing and following all training assigned. Attends in-servicetraining programs and staff meetings as scheduled. Performs in-service training toemployees within the home as assigned. Responsible for reading and following the employee handbook and all Boundless policies and procedures. May perform delegated nursing tasks and/or procedures.Expectation to be on-call at all times and fill in for coverage if none can be found. Maintains accurate accounting of resident funds and expenditures. Assist with the CQL Accreditation interviews and training.
