I study Environmental Science at UNSW and currently completing an honours year. I have a passion and interest in finding environmental sensitive solutions for industry related developments. I really want to build on my university education and develop a comprehensive environmental science skill set so as to be an asset to my future employer. I wish to be involved a company that supports a holistic development program which is aligned with my determination to be a diversely skilled attribute to my future employer. My honours project is looking at a fresh water system and as such I have an extensive technical knowledge of aquatic environments. However, as mentioned above I wish to gain experience in all the environmental sectors that my future employer has a vested interest in. Honours is a one year project which demands a high level of time management and initiative.My previous work experience places me in an advantageous position as I have had vacation work, experienced and thrive in team environments, have experience in leadership roles, volunteered, been promoted (entry level laborer to team leader of up to 10 people) as well as having extensive contact and collaboration with industry, government and community stakeholders in a project.As a person I offer a motivated, determined, intelligent, friendly and creative team member. I’m excellent under pressure and can meet deadlines. I have experience in professional environments and dealing with problems efficiently, logically, sensitively and when needed innovatively.
