Through Lean, Continuous Improvement, TPM, WCM, Operational Excellence tools, identify our customers' pains/losses/opportunities to design the best solution that can be offered to reduce/eradicate these losses, either through optimization of the process, equipment, retrofit, digitization, automation, training. Use the 6M tool (ishukawa) to understand the possible causes of losses through a discovery carried out with the customer. Responsible for carrying out the assessment with the client, stratifying losses, measuring them on the gemba and creating this stratification based on OEE losses, checking availability, quality and performance. Also responsible for identifying opportunities related to safety and sustainability with the customer, also raising opportunities related to reducing energy consumption, and reducing environmental impact. Responsible for the elaboration together with the team of technologists for creating solutions to meet the needs raised in the Assessment. Responsible for standardizing and preparing new contracts, creating new opportunities for the company, thus increasing productivity and earnings.

-Management of a team composed of 35 members;-Responsible for team development through training and qualification of existing methodologies in CAT;-Responsible for disseminating the Lean culture, always seeking operational excellence, reducing costs, losses through the CPS system;-Conduct DDS meetings with the team, bringing safety as a value in the company, identifying process opportunities daily through the analysis of the results obtained the day before, outlining an action plan to recover results outside the target;-Responsible for investigating quality deviations, using the methodology, by Ishikawa, 5PQ, 5W1H, and seeking information with the main team at the gemba, outlining plans for containment and eradication of failure modes;-Responsible for maintaining the 5S program, improving processes, implementing concepts, training the team, performing audits;-Maintain daily deliveries, always looking for zero accidents and zero defects, looking for gaps in production processes and daily production routines;-Responsible for creating the 5S Book used at the CAT plant in Campo Largo, which today supports the maintenance of the program;

Ensuring quality of the products and worker’s safety.- Implementation of extruded food products line, first vertical startup in plant Curitiba, ensuring quality, a safer and more appropriate layout.- Processes follow-up, identification of failure and creation of improvement actions, provide support and ensure quality service and obedience to quality procedure norms.
